Prepare your favorite meat loaf recipe, then, before forming the loaf
and cooking, add 1/4 - 1/2 Cup of DOCCOS BBQ DIPPING SAUCE
per 1-1/2 lbs. meat.

Cook until about 15 minutes before done.
Pour another1/4 Cup of DOCCOS BBQ DIPPING SAUCE over the loaf and

DOCCO’S BRISKET

Short on time?  Want a dazzling new way to have a delicious meal ready
when you get home?

Just set a brisket of beef into your slow cooker (we use crock pots).
Then, pour on one cup of DOCCO'S BBQ DIPPING SAUCE.
Add about 1/2 cup of water.
Turn on the cooker and head to the office or a day of fun..

When you get home, you’ll have a flavorful, tender brisket
ready to serve.  Just slice and put it on your favorite dinner roll,
or serve with mashed potatoes.

For best results, we recommend diluting DOCCO'S BBQ DIPPING SAUCE by
about 1/4, depending on the cut of meat.  With a lean cut, you can use the
remaining sauce as a dip!

Select a small pork roast, to fit in your slow cooker or crock pot.
Place in the pot, add 1 Cup of DOCCO'S BBQ DIPPING SAUCE

Cook over low heat for 4-6 hours.  Pork will pull apart easily.

Remove from the pot and add 1/4 cup of DOCCO'S BBQ DIPPING SAUCE
as a final touch...or heat a bowl of your favorite DOCCO'S BBQ DIPPING SAUCE to dip your sandwich.
